At Broke Boys we are committed to delivering your purchases in the most efficient and timely manner possible. To ensure your experience with us is smooth and satisfactory, we have established the following shipping policy.

Shipping Schedule

We dispatch parcels twice a week, specifically on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders received after dispatch on Thursday will be shipped on the following Tuesday. This scheduling enables us to streamline our packing and shipping process, ensuring your purchases are handled with utmost care and precision.

Delivery Time

Once your parcel has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 3-5 working days, depending upon your location and the efficiency of your local postal service. Please note that these are estimates and while we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or delays with the postal service may sometimes cause delays.

Returns:

    At Broke Boys, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return an item. In order to make the returns process as easy as possible, we have outlined our policy below:

    Eligibility for Returns:

    1. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 14 working days of receipt.
    2. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, unless they are damaged or faulty on arrival. These include, but are not limited to, perishable goods, vinyl or sticker items.

    Return Shipping:

    1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    2. Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

    Return Procedure:

    1. Fill out the Returns Form with all necessary information, including personal details, order information, and reason for the return.
    2. Securely pack the items you wish to return in a suitable shipping box or envelope. Ensure the completed Returns Form is included within the parcel.
    3. Arrange return postage. As mentioned above, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
    4. Ship your return to the return address which will be provided separately.

    Refunds:

    When received items will be inspected. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. This can take 5-10 working days depending on your bank.

    Terms and Conditions:

    Only once outside of the specified delivery times is Broke Boys legally obliged to communicate in regards to the location of postage. Consumers will be referred to this page to calculate postage arrival times until outside of the expected arrival.

    Sticker Application Terms and Conditions:

    • All stickers are quality control checked before leaving our distribution hub. Please expect creases from folding of vinyl in order to ship efficiently in the required packaging. Stickers show sufficient adhesive through their ability to stick to the backing paper. Stickers must not come into contact with any cleaning products, waxes or window cleaners. Broke Boys advises water only to clean areas before application.
    • Broke Boys will not be held liable for the misapplication of stickers. Once the backing paper is removed Broke Boys will not be held liable for the replacement of stickers if applied incorrectly or damaged. If damaged during transit Stickers must be photographed and sent via email on our contact page. In this instance backing paper must clearly visible and show no signs of attempted removal.

    Copyright:

    • Broke Boys reserves the right to all logos and intellectual property hosted on this website and on its products. Broke Boys will not print stickers outside of its colour ranges available on the website. Products outside of the ranges offered on the site will be a clear breach of copyright infringement. Broke Boys will take legal action against those who produce fake products using our mark.
